I felt a little embarrassed having to keep asking for help, but exchanging my item was way more of a hassle than I expected. It really wasn’t easy to figure out, and the whole process took too much effort.

I was really hoping it would arrive sooner, but... yeah, the shipping took way longer than I expected. The wait was frustrating, honestly.

The delivery fee was fair, honestly. I was half-expecting some ridiculous extra charge at checkout like a lot of places seem to pull, but that didn’t happen here. No complaints from me.

I liked the look of a lot of the stuff and wanted to grab a few things, but once I saw the prices and then added shipping on top it just felt like way too much for what you’re actually getting, especially since it’s official merch and I kind of expected there to be better deals or at least prices that didn’t make me second-guess my whole cart.

I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from customer service, so getting my issue sorted took a bit more time. They did eventually reply and helped me out, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a bad experience, just slower than it could’ve been.

The tracking was right the whole time. It updated at each step, and the package showed up exactly when it said it would. Satisfying when that actually happens.

I ordered a jersey with my own name and number on it, and thankfully it showed up exactly how I wanted. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but the print was correct and the jersey looked good, so I can’t really complain too much... overall, happy with it

The shirt fits me good, not too tight and it’s comfy enough to wear day to day. I washed it once and it came out fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing was a little tricky to figure out at first.

The refund came through quicker than I expected. Like, I asked for it and then... not much waiting. Smooth overall.

The box showed up totally crushed, with the packaging ripped and all the corners smashed in. It just felt really avoidable with better packing or handling.

I was hoping to pick up some official Italy gear, but the selection felt really thin and most of the sizes were already gone. It’s kind of frustrating because it feels like there are all these policy loopholes where plenty of unofficial stuff can float around, but the actual official options are limited or hard to get. Just expected a lot more.

I showed it to my sister and we both thought it looked mostly authentic, but the packaging felt a bit off to me. Not saying it’s definitely fake, just not 100% sure...

I was actually excited to grab one of the limited edition items, but by the time I checked, it was already sold out. The site itself is fine, honestly. But then again, what’s the point of showing cool stuff if it disappears instantly? It just gets frustrating. I wish they’d either stock more or update the availability faster so people don’t waste their time.

The order confirmation email was clear and I could see what I needed right away, nothing felt confusing or hard to find and it was just simple enough to get the job done.
